For Institutions · Early inquiry
What clinical capability do you need—not just what position can you fill?
Some recurring specialty needs are too important to leave uncertain and too small to justify conventional staffing.
CCS is exploring whether appropriately scoped clinical commitments can better fit those needs. This is demand discovery, not an offer of immediate staffing or a guaranteed clinical service.
Start with the requirement
What clinical work is going unserved? How often does it arise? What response interval, continuity, local team interface, and professional qualifications would make specialist access useful?
We are especially interested in needs that recur but do not add up neatly to a full-time position.
Flexibility has counterparty costs
Appropriately sized capability does not mean at-will cancellation of purchased physician hours. Scope, duration, notice, adjustment rights, clinical continuity, and transition responsibilities would require mutual agreement.
Institutional adaptability and predictable physician commitments are both legitimate interests; the costs of changing capacity must be addressed rather than shifted invisibly.
Infectious Disease is our initial test
The current specialty inquiry focuses on recurring ID needs, including settings where remote-capable consultation may be useful.
Tell us what you've tried
A few sentences about the clinical need, prior coverage attempts, and what did not fit are enough to begin.
